Knight äänessä 9.25 - 41.45. Kohdassa 36.15 kertoo että Hyzon listautuu seuraavan kuukauden ensimmäisen puoliskon aikana, tarkka päivämäärä ei tiedossa.

Muuten ei mitään uutta.

On June 16, 2021, Craig Knight, Chief Executive Officer of Hyzon Motors, Inc., participated in a Bernstein fireside chat. A copy of the transcript is set forth below.

Craig:

Yes. Hyzon is still largely owned by Horizon. We have our own shareholders that came in not long after we set the business up, but we’ve signed a merger agreement with [inaudible 00:44:08] company and that’s been going through the usual digestion process with the SEC and so on. The SEC had some rule changes around financial treatment of warrants and things, which resulted in refiling paperwork with the SEC, but at this stage, we do expect to finalize that transaction in the first half of July, which means that the DCRB ticker will convert to HYZN and we’ll be off and running as a public company on the next step in July.

We were offering fuel cells, and we were selling fuel cells and we were making them viable, and making money and all that stuff. Most fuel cell companies have never learned what it is to make a meaningful margin. We were making money and all that stuff while continuing to improve our [inaudible 00:48:29], continuing to file more and more patents, continuing to develop the team, scale the production and all the rest of it, automate over time. That’s a fairly unique set of DNA in the space. We kind of know what it takes to survive, we know what it takes to continually innovate to survive, and we bring that. We bring that to this business.

MENLO PARK, Calif. and ROCHESTER, N.Y., June 21, 2021 – Decarbonization Plus Acquisition Corporation (NASDAQ: DCRB) (“DCRB”), a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company, announced today that DCRB’s definitive proxy statement (“Proxy Statement”) relating to the previously announced business combination with Hyzon Motors Inc. (“Hyzon”), a leading supplier of zero-emission, hydrogen fuel cell-powered commercial vehicles, has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on June 21, 2021.

DCRB is preparing to commence mailing of the Proxy Statement and a notice and voting instruction form or a proxy card relating to the special meeting of the DCRB stockholders (the “Special Meeting”) to DCRB stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 1, 2021, who will be entitled to attend and participate in the Special Meeting.

The Special Meeting to approve the pending business combination and related matters is scheduled to be held on July 15, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The Special Meeting will be conducted completely virtually, and can be accessed via live webcast at Decarbonization Plus Acquisition Corporation 2021 Special Meeting. If the proposals at the Special Meeting are approved, the parties anticipate that the business combination will close and the trading of the combined entity will commence on NASDAQ shortly thereafter, subject to the satisfaction or waiver, as applicable, of all other closing conditions.

The DCRB Board of Directors believes the proposed business combination is in the best interests of DCRB and its stockholders, and recommends that DCRB stockholders vote “FOR” the adoption of the Business Combination Agreement and Plan of Reorganization, dated as of February 8, 2021, by and among DCRB, DCRB Merger Sub Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of DCRB, and Hyzon, as well as all other proposals included in DCRB’s Proxy Statement

Pure Hydrogen Corporation – a division of ASX-listed Real Energy (ASX:RLE) – has teamed up with US-based Hyzon Motors to develop a chain of hydrogen refuelling stations in Australia.

The companies have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to work together to provide hydrogen solutions to customers in Australia such as the provision of Hyzon Motor’s hydrogen powered commercial vehicles and building a network of refuelling stations for hydrogen in Australia.

Jos kokis tilaisi Hyzonilta edes muutaman rekan, niin siitä vois tulla hurja boosti näkyvyydelle jenkeissä. Miettikää jos netissä alkais pyöriä kuvia Hyzonin Coca-Cola -rekoista.

Toinen ajatus mitä mietin niin tuosta Saudi-Arabian NEOM-kuviosta mikä julkaistiin toukokuussa. Jos se toteutuu, niin olisi huikea homma. Saudit voi sitten vipata parit miljoonat jos meinaa rahat investointeihin loppua, siellä rahaa riittää… :smirk: Tässä vielä siitä katkelma:

Woodside Energy liittynyt Hyzon Zero Carbon Allianceen.

Woodside on Australian suurin maakaasun tuottaja ja toimitti vuonna 2020 6% maailman nesteytetystä kaasusta.

Woodside tuottaa sinistä (maakaasusta) ja vihreää vetyä.

Woodside sijoittanut myös HyNetiin, joka rakentaa mm vetyasemia Koreaan ja on yhteistyössä Hyundain kanssa.

Suomalaisilta välittäjiltä ei kontrollinumeroa saa, osakkeet on hallintarekistereissä alisäilyttäjillä ja niitä ei voi kohdistaa äänestyksen näkökulmasta oikein.
