Based on the increased EBITDA-margin target, we have raised our profitability assumptions in our DCF-valuation scenarios where we now forecast an EBITDA-margin of 37% by 2027 for the base case (previously 35%) and 40% by 2027 for the bull case (previously 37%). Our new base case stands at SEK400 (SEK380) while the new bull case is SEK540 (SEK520) and the bear case SEK210 (SEK205).

We have trimmed our EBITDA estimates by 3-4% for 2024-25E on the back of the company’s guidance set for 2024. Our valuation range remains unchanged where the base case stands at SEK400 and implies an EV/EBITDA of 18x 2024E and 16x 2025E. The share currently trades at 13x 2024E and the historical average NTM EV/EBITDA is c12x.

Vakuuttaa kyllä johdon tekeminen vuodesta toiseen - oikeita liikkeitä oikeaan aikaan (omien ostot, useat yritysostot, laajeneminen uusille markkinoille, Covid19 cost-saving program, tämä anti korkeaan kurssiin ilman alennuksia jne.)
Kelpaa istua kyydissä vailla huolen häivää, kun markkinakin on rajusti kasvava.

Catenan osake nousi hurjasti mutta on jo tullut alas huipuilta Better Collectiven osakeannin jälkeen.

En tiedä, puhutaanko tällaisissa määrissä vielä blockkikaupoista, ja onko näillä mitään informaatioarvoa. Yhtä kaikki, silmiini osui että tänään oli siirtynyt Nordean kautta 36 146 osaketta 296SEK kappalehintaan.
