Tuo valkoinen talo yllättäisi… Ei se, että moista toivottaisiin, vaan se, että olisivat riittävän typeriä soittamaan itse.
Toisaalta sitä miettii miten pohjakerroksen IT-nörtti sattuisi ohimennen kuulemaan toimarin höpinät valkoiseen taloon, toisaalta… kai kaikki on mahdollista.
Vähän epäilyttää tuo tavara tietenkin, mutta ei se ole mahdollista että huhu kiertää firman sisällä joka perustuu siihen mitä joku sattui kuulemaan…
On tullut tänään vastaan niin paljon kaikenlaista tietoa ja uutista tämän keissin ympäriltä, että olen kyllä treidaajana, pitkään markkinoilla toimineena, aivan ihmeissäni. Tämän jälkipyykki käydään toivottavasti avoimesti läpi, kaikki toimijat tutkien ja joku puolueeton “toimikunta” sitten raportoimaan. CNBC:ssäkin on tullut kyllä sellaista juttua tuutista, että hiljaiseksi vetää. Onhan tämä niin läpinäkyvää, kun kaikilla on iso intressi pitää isot rahasäkit elossa.
Mutta että Lepikkö myös ei oikein hahmota asian ydintä. Eikä kyllä myöskään Bigtrader Mäkinen. Hirveä huoli on puuttua tai tarkertua WSB:n laittomuuksiin yms. Eiköhän sen puolen tutki ja tuomitse myöhemmin tarvittaessa siitä vastaavat tahot jenkeissä. Ammattitreidaajien pitäisi miettiä muutakin kuin omaa etuansa. Lepikkö lisäksi minusta epäonnistui treidikohteen valinnassa ja strategiassa pahasti - pelasti nahkansa tuurilla eikä stoplossilla.

Ennen Lepikön juttuja arvostanut, tässä jopa pakko myöntää olevani hieman paha ihminen ja miettineeni, että hitto kun kävi tuuri - ilman sähköjohdon irroittamista olisi shorttipossan kuulumiset hieman erit.
Enkä ota kantaa onko wsb kaltaiset touhut muuten kivoja/järkeviä/mitä tahansa.
Ei yllätä yhtään tämä kuvio. Kun järjestelmää vastaan käydään, isot tahot käyttävät valtaa niin pitkään kuin heillä sitä on. Raha ja pörssijärjestelmä on melko pyhä asia ja shorttivipujen ongelmaa ei haluta myöntää, ei ennen kuin mitään muuta tietä ulos ei ole.
GameStopin tapauksessakin, vasta kun keinot loppuvat, voidaan uhrata sopiva syntipukki (kuten 2008 uhrattiin yksi pieni pankki) ja myöntää että vipurakenteita pitää pörssistä vähentää. Jos jollain ilveellä tuo osake nyt vain painetaan katosta läpi, tämä tie tulisi eteen.

Jan 28 (Reuters) - GameStop shares sank on Thursday as trading platforms including Robinhood and Interactive Brokers restricted trading in the video game retailer along with AMC Entertainment and other stocks that soared this week in a social media-driven trading frenzy that shook stock markets.
GameStop, the video game chain whose 1,700% rally has been at the heart of the slugfest in the past week, lost half its value in early trading. [nL1N2K22YX] The stock had rallied initially, then retreated, while American Airlines joined the growing list of stocks making stellar gains as small-time traders and major Wall Street institutions broadened their battle.
The retreat in GameStop and other highfliers had little impact on Wall Street, where the S&P 500 <.SPX> was up 2% in afternoon trade.
