Tähän kun osaisi vastata, niin olisi varmaan varmaan paljon varakkaampi 
. Onhan vety-hommat vetänyt paljon nyt, totta ja uusi ceo ollut uutisissa paljon. GM diiliin varmaan pörssi uskoo. Toisaalta, 03.12 loppuu lockdown optioista, jolloin odotetaan suurta tiputusta.
Itse olin mukana jo spacin aikana ja myin suht hyvällä voitolla pois. Nyt kun markkinoille tulee paljon uusia vety-firmoja/rekkoja, niin jotenkin pelkään että NKLA:n ns. etumatka (onko sitä oikeasti paljon) tulee vähenemään. Omien vety-asemien rakentaminen on kyllä huima mutta myös erittäin haastava idea.
Veikkaan, että isot öljy-yhtiöt tekevät jo jotain vastaavaa isommilla muskeleillaan.
Voi olla että olen väärässä. Itse aion seurata vierestä ihan siihen asti kunnes gm/optio asiat ovat selvitetty.

The Registration Rights and Lock-Up Agreement also provides that certain stockholders of Legacy Nikola (collectively, the “New Holders”) will be locked-up for a period of 180 days following the closing of the Business Combination, except for certain entities controlled by Trevor R. Milton and Mark A. Russell, which will be locked-up until December 1, 2020 (up to 16% of which can be transferred prior to such time in connection with pledges of such shares as security or collateral to incur debt for the purpose of acquiring additional shares of our common stock), in each case subject to certain exceptions. In addition, certain stockholders of Legacy Nikola and our executive officers agreed to be locked-up for a period of 180 days following the closing of the Business Combination, subject to certain exceptions, pursuant to Lock-Up Agreements dated June 3, 2020. In November, 2020, members of our board of directors, executive officers, their affiliates and certain entities associated with those individuals voluntarily agreed to extend the lock-up provision on an aggregate of approximately 136,500,000 shares of our common stock, including vested stock options and warrants, through April 30, 2021.
As a result, approximately 161 million shares of our common stock will become eligible for sale beginning on December 1, 2020 upon the expiration of the lock-up agreements described above. Approximately 5 million additional shares of our common stock held by the Original Holders may become eligible for sale beginning on or after December 1, 2020 pursuant to the Registration Rights and Lock-Up Agreement, depending on the price of our common stock during the 30-trading day period commencing on or after November 1, 2020 at the time.

- After racing higher with green energy names on Tuesday, Nikola (NASDAQ:NKLA) shares fell back nearly 8% in AH trading following CEO Mark Russell’s interview on CNBC’s Mad Money with Jim Cramer .
- He failed to reassure investors that the company’s $2B deal with General Motors (NYSE:GM) would go through, echoing a similar position the automaker took when it held an investor conference last week (both sides can walk away if a deal isn’t finalized by Dec. 3).
- Russell also declined to speculate about what ousted founder Trevor Milton plans to do with the 85.6M shares (24% stake in the company) he owns after a lock-up period ends on Dec. 1.
- Milton resigned after the DOJ and SEC began investigating allegations of fraud raised by short-seller Hindenburg in September.

Nykykurssilla Miltonilla on reipas 2 miljardin edestä Nikolan osakkeita. Jos muki mennyt pahasti nurin kun pistettiin pois johtajan pallilta ja päättää myydä isosti, niin joulukuussa saatetaan nähdä hyvinkin alhaista hintaa. Alkaako keskiviikkona alet Nikolan osalta

Näet, että Milton kostaisi Nikolan johdolle myymällä omistuksensa?
Jos meni muki pahasti nurin… Käsittääkseni lähti suht vapaa ehtoisesti käsittäen itsekin oman vaikutuksensa firmansa tilanteeseen. En kyllä ymmärrä miksi toivoisi “oman lapsensa” kyykkäävän… Moni voi tuolloin myydäkkin, mutta Miltonista en sitä ensimmäisenä kyllä usko.
Ensi viikollahan se sitten nähdään 1.12. alkaen.
No sanotaanko, että sen verran tulisi rahaa myynneistä, että pärjää kyllä ilman Nikolaakin lopun elämäänsä. Persoonana Milton on hiukan sellainen tapaus, että ei tiedä millaisia liikkeitä sieltä tulee Voi tosiaan olla, ettei tule lainkaan myyntejä tai sitten rahastaa jonkin verran itselleen muutama taloa ja jahtia varten.

Nikola may want to drop the Badger partnership, GM may want more stock to compensate for the diminished scope (the Badger is a potentially useful proxy in competing against incumbent OEMs in the pickup truck/commercial vehicle space). Obviously the near-term risk for NKLA shareholders is elevated, but so too is the potential reward payoff

Onko se nyt ihan väärin olettaa että Milton jos joku tietää miten väritettyjä ne aiemmat twiittailut firman potentiaalista oli ja tekee myynnit/holdailut sen mukaan. Tuskin se vittuillakseen myy, mutta jos tietää itsekkin että tässä on nyt väritelty sellasta tarinaa ja GM myös melko hataralla pohjalla että parempi ottaa ainakin osa rahoista ja juosta. Jos taas seisoo sanojensa takana eikä usko ole mennyt niin miksi se lapuista luopuisi vaan koska voi.
No oli miten oli kun en ole osakkeenomistaja, mutta pitäähän toi popparit kädessä seurata. Ihan nopanheittoa on omasta mielestä. Vähän kyllä odotan Twiittiä: “Only a fool sell at these prices, I’m holding long” ja kurssi kiitää. Ei tässä hirveästi kummemmillakaan “uutisilla” ole nousuja otettu

Milton said he had approval from Nikola’s board to borrow against his stake to add to his position.
Daniel Ives, an analyst at Wedbush Securities said the consensus view now is that the companies will ink a revised deal, which could result in GM taking a bigger stake in Nikola. JPMorgan analyst Paul Coster wrote this week that the company may want to drop the Badger partnership while GM may want more stock to compensate for the diminished scope.

Mjooo jos aatellaan Miltonia niin musta ei kuitenkaa oo niin tyhmä jätkä että myis heti ku saa myydä kun itekki tietää että jos ei myy tulee nousut jopa +50% ja myy sitten myöhemmin nousuu. Eli jos joku pelaa miltonin myyntien mukaa tätä osaketta nii…

The agreement between Nikola and GM is subject to negotiation and execution of definitive documentation acceptable to both parties. The MOU does not include the previously contemplated GM equity stake in Nikola or development of the Nikola Badger. As previously announced, the Nikola Badger program was dependent on an OEM partnership. Nikola will refund all previously submitted order deposits for the Nikola Badger.

Näinhän siinä sitten kävi, Trevorin lelu heitettiin roskiin ja ihan syystä.
Non-binding MoU on kyllä aika kevyt paperi ja GM:n akutkin jäi vielä pois paketista (ilmeisesti Badgerin takia).

GM and Nikola will discuss the appropriate scope of services that GM would provide for the integration of the fuel cell system into Nikola’s vehicles. It is expected that the potential arrangement would be cost plus, and that Nikola would pay upfront for the capital investment for the capacity. GM and Nikola will also discuss the potential of a supply agreement for GM’s versatile Ultium battery system for Nikola’s Class 7/8 trucks.
