Spinnova Plc (the “Company”) has received a notification on 18 June 2024, according to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, stating that Suzano S.A.’s, which is controlled by Suzano Holding S.A., ownership of shares exceeds 15% of all shares and votes in Spinnova Plc. Suzano S.A.’s ownership exceeded the notification threshold before April 19, 2024.
