Tätä ei tänne ole vielä laitettu, vaikka onhan tämä ollut jo pitkään tarjolla. Onko joku tota lukenut tarkemmin ja mutustellut sisältöä? Itsellä vielä sen verran vähän noita englanninkielisiä luettuna, että ei ihan kaikki mahdolliset tiedot irtoa. Vuosi 2021 ei vielä ennusteiden valossa näytä kovin hyvältä, että odotetaanko tässäkin enemmän jo vuotta 2025?

Tällä hetkellä kuitenkin ACC hyvin ylimyytynä, kun RSI14 huitelee jo alle 30, niin yrittänyt käänteen mahdollista ajoittamista miettiä.

RENEWABLE: BORG C02 AND NORTHERN LIGHTS INCLUDE COOPERATION ON CARBON CATCHING AND STORAGE
Oslo (TDN Direkt): Borg CO2 and Northern Lights have signed a letter of intent on the development of CO2 capture, transport and storage solutions for industrial companies in Fredrikstad, Sarpsborg and Halden, according to a statement on Friday.
The CO2 is planned to be transported from the industrial companies to a common terminal at Borg Havn (Øra in Fredrikstad) and will from there be transported by ship to a receiving terminal in Øygarden for temporary storage, before being transported for permanent storage in a reservoir 2600 meters below the seabed.
Borg CO2 is a collaborative project between 18 partner companies, including Norske Skog Saugsbrugs, FREVAR, Sarpsborg Avfallsenergi, Kvitebjørn Bio-El and Borregaard, as well as Borg Havn as host of a future CO2 terminal.

Aker Carbon Capture AS (ACC): Block sale of existing shares completed
Oslo, Norway - 29 April 2021.
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published on 28 April 2021 regarding a potential block sale of existing shares in Aker Carbon Capture AS (the “Company”) by the Norwegian state, represented by the Norwegian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries (the “NMTIF”).
The NMTIF has successfully sold 33,100,085 shares in the Company (equal to approx. 5.85% of the Company’s shares outstanding) at NOK 17.00 per share (the “Offering”). Following the Offering, the NMTIF holds no shares in the Company.
The notification of allocation in the Offering is expected to be communicated on or about 29 April 2021 (trade date). The settlement in the Offering is expected to take place on or about 3 May 2021 (settlement date) on a delivery versus payment basis (DVP T+2).
Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Norge, and Pareto Securities AS acted as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners (the “Managers”) in connection with the Offering. SANDS Advokatfirma acted as legal counsel to the NMTIF in connection with the Offering.

Revenue for the quarter was NOK 69 million and EBITDA (Earnings before interest,
tax, depreciation and amortisation) was negative NOK 47 million. The cash
balance at the end of the quarter was NOK 552 million.
Aker Carbon Capture aims to take a leading position in the global CCS industry,
and the company last year launched a long-term goal of ‘10 by 25’, which states
that the company will have secured firm contracts for carbon capture plants for
a total of 10 million tonnes per year by the end of 2025.
The company today also published its first-half report, which is attached and
available on akercarboncapture.com.

Executive Officer of Aker Carbon Capture.
As part of the service, Aker Carbon Capture will deliver and operate the carbon
capture facilities. Transport and storage will be embedded in the service
through strategic partnerships.
