Asiakkaita ympäri maailmaa, kehitysmaat tärkeä markkina mutta paljon asiakkaita esim Yhdysvalloissa jonne merkittävä diili hiljattain. Erittäin small cap vielä n 20mcad, break even hyvin lähellä, liikevaihto kasvaa 50% q2q.
Oliko teillä tarkempaa tietoa tosta breakevenistä, odotetaanko jo ensi vuodelle?
Jotenkin niin simppelin nerokasta tuottaa energia paikallisesti ja puhtaasti vaik nuihin katulamppuihin. Oisha se kiva käyttää pöndellä vaik piskiä ulkona, jos tuollanen tuuliturbiini valaisi kadun.

@lazyway Q3 callin Q&A tuli kysymys tuohon liittyen, 36min eteenäpäin (ympäripyöreä vastaus toki). Samassa myös sanoi, että rahoitus on kunnossa, mutta mahdollisuuksia on edessä paljon ja tämän johdosta ei sulje pois antia. Antihan sieltä juuri tällä viikkoa tuli.

Protoa ei rakenneta yhdessä hetkessä ja testireaktorista on matkaa laajamittaiseen kaupallistamiseen. Tämän mukaan proto 3-4 vuotta, valmis konsepti kymmenisen. Onko aikataulu muutamassa kuukaudessa nopeutunut yhtäkkiä vuosia?

Xebec has also executed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire a leading industrial gas generation technology and manufacturing business, as well as a non-binding letter of intent to acquire a specialty compressed air and air treatment services company (together, the “LOI Acquisitions”). The aggregate purchase price for the LOI Acquisitions (excluding closing costs) is anticipated to be between $35 million and $60 million. As of the date hereof, the parties are in advanced stages of negotiation and it is anticipated that the definitive purchase agreements with respect to the LOI Acquisitions are likely to be executed by the parties in the near term.
While there can be no assurance that the LOI Acquisitions will become subject to binding purchase agreements, Xebec currently expects the transactions to proceed and is announcing today the LOI Acquisitions as it intends to use a small portion of the net proceeds of the Offering to satisfy the purchase price (or a portion thereof) for each of the LOI Acquisitions.
Azelio reaches major milestone by winning its first commercial order from Dubai
Azelio wins a first commercial order for its long-duration energy storage from ALEC Energy, thereby achieving a major milestone for the company. The storage unit will be part of a system in the fourth phase of one of the world’s largest solar parks, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Complex in Dubai.
This strategically important order is placed on commercial terms, reflecting that it is for a single unit. Azelio’s energy storage TES.POD® will be part of a system powering a visitor center at the phase IV of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum (MBR) Solar Complex. The system will combine Azelio’s technology with PV and fast-response equipment such as state-of-the-art li-ion batteries. Azelio’s TES.POD® will handle energy shifting for baseload power in the system, while batteries will be used to manage mini-grid stability.
The MBR Solar Complex is spread over a total area of 77 square kilometers in Dubai. Noor Energy 1, a company owned by Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA), ACWA Power and Silk Road Fund, is currently developing 950 MW of solar energy technology (phase IV) in the solar park. By 2030, the capacity in the MBR Solar Complex is planned to amount to 5,000 MW.
The order for the storage unit has been placed to Azelio by ALEC Energy, who is the lead EPC contractor of the project.

Azelio and ALEC Energy recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding covering 49 MW installed capacity of Azelio’s storage units, starting with a smaller commercial project. ALEC Energy is also installing Azelio’s verification project in Abu Dhabi together with Masdar and Khalifa University.
