Nyt on Voxturin shorttia maailmalla enemmän kuin olen ikuna nähnyt, tarkoittaako/tapahtuuko jotain ei tietoo…

@DayTraderXL on joskus kirjoittanut hyvän tiivistelmän ja selityksen siitä mistä on kyse ja mitä tämä voi tarkoittaa, mutta enpä löytänyt tähän hätään. Nythän kurssi menee oikeaan suuntaan vaikka shortteja on maailmalla lainassa aikaisempaa enemmän, eli taisi olla no-news.
Mulle on jäänyt vain Hyzonista hirveät traumat, niin pitää tuo Fintel tarkistaa joka päivä

Osakkeiden määräkin on noussut kovasti. Helmi-Maaliskuussakin muutama miljoona shorttia ja osakkeita vähemmän. Jos katsoin/ymmärsin oikein niin aikalailla mennyt niin että kun osakkeen volyymi nousee hinta nousee → shortit noussut myös ja vice versa.

Varsinkin tuolla TSXV pörssissä shorttaus on aika iso ongelma. Surutta manipuloidaan tuolla ja monesti aivan törkeitä sellasia. Kanadalaiset sanoneet, että aika surutta siellä vedellään ja mitään ei voi tehdä vaikka on tehty valituksia. Ylempänä kans selitetty tästä enemmän.

Perhaps this is the next Acquisition? It appears that Jim is currently a director maybe could sell this to shareholders too. Would make perfect sense, with cross utilization of many of the VXTR technologies, services and data.
A lot to consider from linked press releases. Grant Moon a VXTR director from Home Captain is connected to REDEFY also.

Well I personally find it interesting if there is a big change in the short interest of a stock that I own, as it may be an indication that something is happening. Someone is betting/hoping/pushing that the price goes down or does not raise. I follow Fintel because you can get an overall info on a 30 minute “real time” notice if the short interest is climbing or declining each day and by how much. I do like to follow all the available info on the stocks that I own to better understand why something might or might not be happening.
I understand that long term it does not make a difference and I trust the thesis, but short term it might give you bit more info.

Sometimes short term events matter in long term also. For example, if Q4 revenue disappoints in a big way, it changes long term estimations.

For me this in interesting information because it helps to understand (in some cases) why some stock is going down without any news. In some cases large or extreme changes might indicate that someone “knows something”, but as we are talking about TSX Venture and highly volatile stock, more likely that someone is just gambling that Voxtur will go down because investors at TSX are impatient bunch.
Oroco is a good indication of this. People “invest” more than they can afford to lose waiting for +20 %, +25 % +100 % news fast. When we get just what was expected or stock is just flat - impatient people sell, send the stock tumbling since there is low liquidity and in comes panic selling from other “investors” who are in it just for the short term.
In Voxtur we can see that on the 16th there was 1,9 million shares available to borrow. Now only 60 000 shares (2021-12-17, 10:33). This does not automatically mean that someone has borrowed those shares and plans to sell them hoping to later buy the shares back at a lower price. It can also mean that the entity willing to lend those shares no longer owns them or no longer is willing to borrow them.
In any case - interesting to know since if someone would inject almost 2 million shares, this would drasticly bring the price down, create panic (since as a whole we VXTR are only after a quick buck and panic easily), an create a great buying opportunity/quick win for anyone making this sale. This is illegal/shade (price manipulation) but also - this is TSX Venture.
If you see big changes but nothing has changed - do not act, let them fish but do not bite.

Joissakin tapauksissa suuret tai äärimmäiset muutokset voivat viitata siihen, että joku “tietää jotain”, mutta kun puhutaan pörssinä TSX Venturesta ja korkean volatiliteetin osakkeesta, on todennäköisempää, että joku vain vaikkaa, että kyllä Voxtur laskee kun sijoittajat kyllästyvät odottelemaan.

Kun saadaan positiivisia uutisia, mutta ei jättopottia, kärsimättömät ihmiset myyvät tai laittavat “kaikki laput laitaan”. Osake lähtee sukeltamaan koska kunnon ostolaitaa/vaihtoa ei ole, ja tätä seuraa paniikkimyyntiä muiden “sijoittajien” toimesta, jotka ovat mukana vain lyhyellä aikavälillä ja laittaneet enemmän kiinni kuin varaa hävitä. Ja vauhti kiihtyy…
Voxturissa näkyi, että 16. päivänä oli lainattavissa 1,9 miljoonaa osaketta. Nyt vain 60 000 osaketta (2021-12-17, 10:33). Tämä ei automaattisesti tarkoita, että joku olisi lainannut osakkeita ja suunnittelee myyvänsä ne toivoen myöhemmin ostavansa osakkeet takaisin halvemmalla. Se voi myös tarkoittaa, että yhteisö, joka 16.12. oli valmis lainaamaan osakkeita ei enää omista niitä tai ei ole enää halukas lainaamaan niitä.
Joka tapauksessa - mielenkiintoista nähdä tuleeko liikkeitä. Jos joku myisi nopeasti melkein 2 miljoonaa osaketta, se laskisi hintaa jyrkästi, aiheuttaisi paniikkia, ja kunnon laskun, koska VXTR osakkeessa on 100 % mukana nyt myös nopean voiton tavoittelijoita. Tämä shorttaajalle loistava paikka tehdä rahaa. Tämä on laitonta / tummanharmaalla alueella (hinnan manipulointi), mutta myös - tämä on TSX Venture.
Jos näet suuria muutoksia, mutta mikään ei ole muuttunut - älä toimi. Helppoa tietysti sanoa näin, koska kyllähän ne isot miinukset ahdistavat.

Kuha 13. Good answer. Sometimes the shorter are right about company being fraud. Remember shorters are more diligent in their DD than longs, because downside is potentially unlimited.
But in this case hopefully it’s not because there are cockroaches under the hood, but that they speculate or trying to manipulate the market to make a quick money in a short term dive in the stock price.

Oh, that is great! Good INFO… So Bright Line Title, LLC owns Redefy Holdings, Inc a Florida company… Do you know if Bright Line Title, LLC also owns Redefy Corporation a Delaware company too?

Jatkampas tätä vielä hieman. Redefyn toiminta ainakin uutisten perusteella on rauhoittunut vaikkakin Linkkari kertoo 54 työntekijän löytyvän sieltä.
