Avataanpas ketju uudelle tuttavuudelle. Sipaisin salkkuun pienen startterin norjalaista firmaa nimeltä Elliptic Laboratories.

Suomeksi sanottuna kyseessä on softafirma, jonka softa muuttaa laitteen (tietokone, puhelin, tabletti yms.) oman kaiuttimen ja mikrofonin uudenlaiseksi sensoriksi. Sensorilla voidaan havainnoida laitteen läheisyydessä esim. ihmisen läsnäoloa.

Firma keskittyy tällä hetkellä mobiililaitteisiin (puhelimet) sekä yrittää avata PC-puolelle latua. Esimerkiksi puhelimista voidaan poistaa kokonaan IR-sensori käyttäen tätä softaa. Softa syö maailman.

Uutisia:
-
5 kpl Proof-of-Concept soppareita, joista osa TOP-5 PC OEM:ien kanssa. Ymmärsin tuosta Q4 conf. callin Q&A:sta, että tämä on ainut yhtiö jolla on tarjota tällainen tuote PC-puolelle.
-
Sopimuksia suurien mobiilivalmistajien kanssa (esim Xiaomin Note 10-sarja).
-
PC-puolella PoC:sta lopulliseen sopimukseen menee ymmärtääkseni yleensä 12-18kk, mutta koronasta johtuen tämä on lyhentymässä.

IPO oli syksyllä 2020. Korona on vaikuttanut puolijohdeteollisuuteen ilmeisesti siirtäen projekteja viime vuodelta tälle vuodelle. Kurssi on mörninyt eikä ole vielä lähtenyt keulimaan suurempia odotuksia
-
Tällä hetkellä softa on asennettuna 150 miljoonaan laitteeseen yhtiön kertoman mukaan.

Presikka:
Presikka / conf call video. lopussa hyvä Q&A

Yhtiö odottaa Q&A katsauksen perusteella H2-2021 alkavan tapahtua enemmän. H1 todennäköisesti mörnitään tasaisemmin eteenpäin, kuitenkin paremmin kuin H1-2020. Tässä pitäisi siis olla hyvin aikaa muutama kuukausi perehtyä ja tankata lappuja.
Poiminta: Tuorein kvartaali näytti bisnesmallin skaalautuvuuden. EBITDA 65%. Osake on mörninyt IPO:n jälkeen koska toistaiseksi lupauksia ei olla lunastettu.

Ohjeistus:
Vuodelle 2023 yhtiön virallinen tavoite on NOK 500m liikevaihtoa ja EBITDA > 50%.
Valuaatio:
- pikaisella arviolla nykykurssilla EV NOK ~1170m
- EBITDA 2023 olisi ohjeistuksen mukaan NOK 250m
- nykykurssilla EV/EBITDA (2023) luokkaa 4,7
- antaisin tällaiselle korkean katteen ja kovan kasvun softafirmalle kertoimen EV/EBITDA 20 (jos ohjeistus toteutuu ilman nikotteluja)
