As the new Head of Development and IT you will be responsible for the technical infrastructure at ZignSec AB and related recruitments. Operations are spread over several development centers in Europe and your role as stakeholder is an important point of contact to our subsidiaries and various suppliers.
Are you ready for the challenge of leading the team of developers and building our technology for the upcoming years enabling high-scale growth? As a member of the management team you will be in a key role translating great visions to technical solutions.
What you will do
Lead the development and delivery of all products and services related to KYC as the company expands its product portfolio.
You will lead and work alongside other engineers to continue to build on the core platform using a micro-service architecture, add new features, contribute towards the product roadmap and verticalize specific functionalities.
The development team is a multi-faceted and geographically distributed team. Each team of engineers have their own technology backgrounds and contribute towards our platform in different ways. As the leader of the team based in Sweden, you will ensure that the team is maturing and contributing towards the technological vision of the company.
